I live and work in Cambridge and have a daughter who’s just started at Coleridge. I have worked in the field of education for thirty years, both as a teacher and teacher trainer of EFL and more recently in educational publishing. I currently work at Cambridge University Press as a Publishing Manager of international Secondary school English language titles. As part of my job, I regularly visit Secondary schools and talk to teachers and school leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they and their students face, which gives us the insights we need to create courses that support their teaching and learning.
I volunteered to be a Parent Governor because I wanted to be part of a team that’s helping to support the dedicated staff who are so committed to making teaching and learning at Coleridge the best it can be.
